My Bio ~
I have lived in Del Norte County since 1991. We moved to Del Norte for my husband, Garry, to take a teaching position with Del Nort County Unified School District just after Pelican Bay State Prison was completed. We have five children who have attended almost every school in our district and we have lived in several different neighborhoods. The day our youngest graduated and left for college I dove headlong into real estate and have found it to be a fulfilling and successful career.
Garry and I have attended Foursquare Church in Crescent City since moving to Crescent City. We have also been lead couple for over 10 Married For Life classes and have been involved in other community minded endeavors, Chamber of Commerce, Community Assistance Network Mentoring Program and I've been an active member of Del Norte County Board of Realtors.
However, my fascination with real estate began long before I became a REALTOR. Garry and I have bought numerous "fixers" and turned them around at a nice profit and have just completed a new home (Garry is also a contractor). My personal experience with real estate has given me an enthusiasm that is genuine. Real Estate is a fabulous investment for the investor and individuals seeking the American Dream.

- Buyer's: To take the amount of time and show you as many homes as needed in your price range to ensure that you are buying the best home possible to meet your financial and familial needs.
- Buyer's and Seller's: Guide you through the negotiation and escrow process for a smooth transaction.
- Buyer's: I will make sure you receive the proper reports and inspections when we find your home; this is so important (you do not want to find out your dream home is a nightmare in disguise).
